About the artist

Constance Mury is an independent author, illustrator, and creative entrepreneur who transitioned from a successful corporate career to dedicate her life to visual storytelling. Following the profound loss of her baby boy, Sirio, she discovered a new calling: transforming her deep grief into a gentle vessel of love, healing, and art.

Drawing inspiration from the boundless imagination of her own childhood, she creates whimsical, watercolor-rich illustrations designed to comfort the heart and spark gentle curiosity. Her debut children’s book, My Brother Who Lives in the Stars, was written to provide families with a tender, supportive tool to navigate the quiet shadows of pregnancy and infant loss, ensuring the lasting legacy of angel babies everywhere.

When she isn’t painting storybook characters from her cozy home studio, she manages her intentional lifestyle brand and art subscription, Little Sirio. She lives and works in the United-Kingdom, where she continues to prove that you don’t need a fancy studio to make magic happen—just an open mind and a soft place to create.
